Series of identification of war criminals of U.S.A army soldiers. What get me scared is that this list won’t be short because of the number of war criminals I found related to U.S.A. The only difference between what Al-Qaeda and U.S.A army is the name. Al-Qaeda acts came under terror acts, while U.S.A administration would find a reason to invading, torturing, killing, and raping.

Profile:

Charles Graner practicing his kind soul with detainees.
No need for caption.
  • Name: Charles Graner.
  • Condemnation: conspiracy to maltreat detainees, failing to protect detainees from abuse, cruelty, and maltreatment, as well as charges of assault, indecency, and dereliction of duty.
  • Penalty: Supposed to be 10 years. He got released in 2011.
  • Place of his crimes: Abu Ghraib, Iraq — 2003.

Main Points:

  • I base this assessment on the highest administration at that time in USA, the direct involvement of Major General Geoffrey Miller, the head of CIA operations leader James Pavitt and of course with full support of George W. Bush and the rest of USA administrations.
  • This kind of unprecedented level of torturing and killing got placed in Iraq after USA invaded Iraq to take down the president of Iraq in 2003 because of some unproved arguments indicated that Iraq had weapon of mass destruction. Officials in USA officially stated that there was NO weapon of mass destruction in Iraq.
  • By the Condemnation of the convict, it highly unlikely that Charles Graner would have carried out an operation of this nature without the authorization of the CIA leader and the 43th POTUS.
  • The crimes had be done in a foreign land that did not belong to the accusation of U.S.A administrations, and yet U.S.A refused to let the international court condemned an army leader which needed to be held accountable for his terror acts with detainees.
